Every bookkeeping service is unique. At Troutman CPA, we offer several levels of assistance depending on your comfortability with bookkeeping, your staff, and your desired level of visibility into the financial side of your business.

Training:

Many of our clients are not involved in businesses so complex that administrative staff cannot handle the bookkeeping function. For these clients we provide bookkeeping training to you or your staff on how to setup and use QuickBooks most effectively.

Quarterly Service:

If you are comfortable enough with the bookkeeping of your business to do it yourself or rely on staff then we can come in on a quarterly basis and do a review of your financials to ensure that transactions are classified correctly, fixed assets are recorded and depreciated properly, and your balance sheet and income statement are accurate.

Full Data Entry & Reconciliations:

For some clients, they would rather focus on running their business and want to completely outsource their data entry and reconciliations. If you are one of these clients, we can design a system that meets your needs and provides you with the level of support you need.
